My daughter, and i went to a used car lot, she needed me to help her get it in my name, and her name. Three days after she had the Chevy Suburban, the vehicle shut out. In Baton Rouge. We live in Enid Oklahoma. So They (the used car dealer in OKC) Tells my daughter to have the dealer in Baton Rouge, tow it to the Chevy dealer. It was the fuel pump, filter and the clutch fan. $1000. to repair. After that the transmission went out.. My daughter put $2000 down on the SUV We left it on the side of the road. The used car lot refuses to help with the bill. What can they do to my Social Security Disability money in my bank account? My daughter has spent almost 4 k on the 2003 Chevy Suburban and its not even two weeks since we purchased it. Can I go to jail for leaving the vehicle on the road, and not paying the first payment? That's due today. $500 due today.. We faxed the used car dealer in OKC the repair bill receipt. I have not got any response from them.. They said we signed a no warranty paper.. The vehicle was purchased on the 15 of April.2008 We were stranded in Baton Rouge for a week. This is a nightmare.
