What should my salary be as an accounting clerk at a car dealership?
I have worked as an accounting clerk at a small town car dealership in MA for 10 years. I went onto a salary calculator that kind of gave me an answer but to get more info I had to sign up and pay 19.95 a month.
I ask because in this business experience is everything, and I have plenty of it...I am well versed in 2 computer programs commonly used in the automotive industry (Reynolds, and Automate). In the past I worked for our Wholesale division until that went under from lack of sales, so now I'm at our parent company. I can do almost anything in the office and help the controller daily with his tasks.
My problem is that our Owner is notorious for not paying well...we do have good health/dental/401k etc. and I have tolerated promises of more money but nothing has developed in the past 3 years. Yes, 3 years with no pay increase. I just keep getting told to ride out the storm....well...I am tired of riding out the storm and to compound my problems, I just found out that the receptionist who does nothing more than answer phones and take in money (not even account for it, the controller does that for her) makes 650.00 per week. I make 625.00 per week. She has been with the company for 6 years and I have been there for 10....this hardly seems fair and I feel like blowing up at someone but I need my job because I am looking to buy a house....help me someone with some logical advice.

"Guaranteed Financing" Car Dealerships in MA?
So I'm 17 and I need to buy a new car. I'm looking to get a car for 7-10 grand, but I cannot get a loan. I have a job running a recording studio sometimes making $800 a month, but it's not "official" or whatever. My mom cannot get a loan because she has terrible credit, and will possibly be filing for bankruptcy. I can however put $2000 or maybe $3000 down. Are these "guaranteed financing" dealerships for real or is it some sort of scam?? and If there are for real are there any really good ones I should visit in eastern Massachusetts/ Boston area? thanks. BTW i'm looking to get a 2000-2002 BMW 3 Series if that makes any difference.

Question reguarding a stolen gas card?
So a little back story, I have a buddy well call him Z (not me. I swear) he used to work at a car dealership in ma. He was a sales associate. One of his bosses went over his place about a week after he was laid off to hang out I guess. Now Z claims that his boss or whatever left his company issued gas card on the table. M says he's made multiple attempts to return it to his former boss, but he supposedly he has yet to claim it back. Now seeing as Z is currently unemployed, he is going around selling gas at half price to friends and their friends friends and so on. For about 3 weeks he said he's used the card for about 800$ worth of gas. TL:DR What are the possible legal ramifications if any for using a stolen gas card? In Massachusetts?
Again, this is not me. Its my buddy Z. And thank you for your answers guys! Ive tried warning him of the dangers but he feels the only thing they can do is shut down the card.
