hanging with 17 year old at 22?
okay im a 22 year old guy and work at Best buy.. about 4 months ago a few new peoplestarted working there, one of them was this 17 yr old girl.. this past week we have been working together more than usual, which led to me friending her on facebook. even tho she's 17, she acts more mature than typical 17 year olds.. and we are both Christian. since shes moving to california in a few weeks, i was thinking to hang with her before she leaves.. the main reason is that i would like to keep in touch with her; to establish a FRIENSHIP that will probably be better as she gets older. even if she was 22, i would stay develop a real friendship for months, maybe even years, before dating. so just entirely as FRIENDS, would it be weird if we hung out and got lunch as friends before she moved? we've never hung out outside of work before.

House is bank owned, wires clipped from electrical box, missing copper pipes from furnace... ...and the furnace could possibly be missing as well. We are looking to buy this house. It is QUITE CHEAP but we are looking at what it could possibly cost to repair all of this. 1. How much does a furnace cost (about 1800 sq ft house) 2. How much does it cost for the copper piping that is missing from the furnace? 3. How hard and is it costly to fix the clipped wires from the electrical box? Everything else in the house is great, it's just that stuff. I know a bank will not approve a loan if the furnace is missing along with the copper pipes and the wires clipped at the electrical box. How much am I looking at out of pocket for this house before we can even move in? We live in PA and aren't sure what the laws/regulations are. ANYTHING would help us. Thank you! We really wouldn't be using the furnace. We always just use portable heaters to warm up rooms that we are in, in the house. I was told by a realtor that before a lender will approve a mortgage on a home, there must be certain things in the house and she said the furnace would be one and a stove would be the other. I was reading about alternatives to copper piping (CPVC) and I would like to try to do all of this ourselves. Another question...is there a way (even because it is bank owned) that we could make it so we could still move in without fixing everything right away? Also, is it possible to fix the wiring to and from the electrical box ourselves? Is it possible for them to fix it? Is that something we could ask them to fix. Obviously the price would go up, but would they fix it or would they just look our offer over and go on to the next just because they would want to sell it to someone who would fix it?
